From outside the Crown House Benefits Office and Jobcentre in Worthing, an update on the much-discussed Universal Credit and how it’s working for our residents. Despite the criticism about the roll-out of Universal Credit nationally, locally the experience has been much less problematic – I am sure this is down to the considerable amount of preparation work done by the Benefits Office staff and their partner agencies.
