I was delighted to visit Worthing College, along with my parliamentary colleague and constiteuncy neighbour, Sir Peter Bottomley, to students studying politics about the role of an MP.
It was a great discussion and I was pleased to dispel any preconceptions that all MPs is shout at each other in the House of Commons on television. The real work goes on behind the scenes bringing the right people together and working out solutions to real world problems.
