Vote Leave to reclaim our democracy

Remainers' claim ‪#‎Brexit‬ would be a 'leap in the dark' - a phrase first used in politics by Lord Derby in 1867 when describing his Reform Act, which gave the vote to millions more people and was a huge leap forward for democracy in the UK.

Lord Derby said: "No doubt we are...taking 'a leap in the dark' but I have the greatest confidence in the sound sense of my fellow-countrymen, and I entertain a strong hope that...this measure will tend to increase the...contentment of a great proportion of Her Majesty's subjects."

Hear, hear to that.

Britain needs another 'leap' to regain our democracy. Let's Vote Leave on 23 June to reclaim it.
