I appeared on Newsnight to discuss the recent Mundy judgement regarding the lack of bed spaces for a young girl who is has mental health illness. She is due to be released in 11 days, but a secure unit place has not yet been found for her - a situation Sir James Munby said was "utterly shaming". I completely agree with Sir James and during the interview I explain my thoughts on what should be done.
