This week I met representatives from Equal Civil Partnership to discuss my Private Members Bill that will create equal civil partnerships and correct the current inequality within the law that prevents heterosexual couples from entering into civil partnerships. It is a very simply Bill that alters one word in the law but it will make a big difference to many people's lives.
