Strike action by the RMT will be taking place 00:01 Tuesday 11 October to 23:59 Thursday 13 October.
In his letter the Transport Secretary urges the RMT to give GTR staff, who are members of the Trades Union, the opportunity to accept this deal and end this unjustified action. This dispute needs to end now to give passengers more certainty in planning their lives.
