Along with hundreds of parliamentary colleagues from around the House of Commons, I signed a letter to the Prime Minster, which you can see attached below, supporting the creation of a Child Funeral Fund.
This is an incredibly important issue and the death of a child is always a tragedy for which families cannot plan. The Government has often said that it is keen to support the scheme but there has not been any money allocated yet and so I hope this how of support will go some way to encouraging the Government to get a move on and introduce this much needed and compassionate fund.
