Representatives from the local air pollution group AREA gave me an update on their work, as I was unable to attend their public meeting earlier in the week confined to barracks in Parliament for the important Syria debates.
Apparently strange rumours had been circulating that I had said that IKEA had been dropped from the New Monks Farm plan and the number of houses reduced.
Alas it is nothing to do with me and I fear nothing has changed which is why I will be supporting the demonstration against planned for May 12th.
After my visit to the Southampton branch, IKEA have provided me with some traffic movement figures which I have published on my website.
